I am valued
I am strong
With my open mind
I catch the wisdom of the ages
My spirit is bountiful
My soul vibrates with joy
And I know all things are possible
if I believe with all my heart...

I see life as a journey -
a path to be explored
And with faith
I have the power at hand
to climb all obstacles and
beat back doubt and fear
